This page is a passion project of ours. It is a space for us to share a piece of our life with you and the things we love most: good food, easy recipes, and occasionally a good brew. While we are all for a good traditional dinner here, we share all kinds of food here! That’s the beauty of dinner – it’s all about what you make it.
The recipes you find here follow our food philosophies and will be easy enough for the most inexperienced home cooks. We use ingredients that are high quality, but also affordable. We try to balance a love of gourmet ingredients while still being all about practicality. Recipes that are consistent and can be made time and time again.
If you follow the recipes closely, they will be delicious every single time. However, for cooks who like to put their own flare on things, these recipes will probably be even better. That’s the beauty of cooking: you learn some great recipes, you learn what you like and will start learning to tailor any recipe to that preference.
In this community, we value the feedback and advice of other cooks. Some of my greatest kitchen successes are due to the advice of others.
