Berry Good Smoothie

Not only does this smoothie taste berry good, but it's berry good for you too... (ha, ok I'm done). Berries fight inflammation, improve skin, and great sources of antioxidants. We love to make this smoothie when the store has a great sale on fresh berries, or when we find ourselves with a bunch of frozen berries. Feel free to toss in more or less of what you have on hand.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 4 bananas
  • 2 cups strawberry diced
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup blackberry
  • 1 cup raspberry

Instructions
 

  • Combine. Blend well. Enjoy fresh within 24 hours. Will store in freezer for up to a week.
