Blueberry Smoothie
Between the all the vitamins (A, B6, C,...) and their ability to improve vascular health - there isn't a good reason not to eat blueberries! This smoothie is incredibly filling and delivers tons of great nutrients. They're perfect for freezing, too!

- 4 bananas
- 2 pints blueberries
- 3 cups spinach
- 1/2 cup plant milk
- 4 tbsp protein powder
- 4 tbsp greens powder
Blend all items together. Easy!
As all of my smoothies, this can easily be frozen and unthawed in the fridge overnight.
